CoinMarketCap expanded its Pro API with seven new real-world asset (RWA) endpoints, covering tokenized equities, commodities, currencies, government securities, ETFs, and real estate. These endpoints provide access to aggregated price data, market capitalization, 24-hour volume, as well as underlying tokens and issuers. The launch coincided with SpaceX’s public listing, for which CoinMarketCap published a developer guide showing how to retrieve data on the company’s tokenized stock through the same endpoints. Core endpoints are accessible on the free Basic plan. CoinMarketCap recently obtained ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701 certifications, covering information security and privacy management.
