CLARITY Act failure could send crypto valuations lower: Bernstein

Meanwhile, the White House is weighing a bipartisan ethics counterproposal received on Thursday, following weeks of negotiations between Republican Senator Thom Tillis and Arizona Democrat Ruben Gallego.
