Broadcom reported fiscal Q3 2026 revenue of $29.6 billion, beating Wall Street’s consensus of $29.2 billion with 86% year-over-year growth. AI semiconductor revenue reached $16.7 billion, up 221% year-over-year. Adjusted earnings per share came in at $3.32, above analyst expectations of $3.22 to $3.24. Despite these strong results, shares fell 0.8% to 6% in after-hours trading following Q4 guidance of approximately $34.8 billion, slightly below the consensus of around $35 billion. The company raised its FY2027 AI semiconductor revenue outlook to $115 billion from over $100 billion previously.
