Boeing clears key hurdle and stock rallies, leading the Dow

Boeing cleared a key regulatory hurdle on Monday. The Federal Aviation Administration authorized the 737 Max 7, the smallest variant of the 737 Max family, for commercial service. Boeing shares surged more than 6% and led the Dow Jones gainers.
