BlackRock’s IBIT sees $144M in net outflows as bitcoin ETFs drop

Spot bitcoin and ether ETF products collectively shed more than $520 million in a single session. BlackRock’s IBIT recorded approximately $144 million in net outflows, adding to the prior session’s $161.7 million redemption. Fidelity’s FBTC was the heaviest single contributor with $214.8 million in outflows. Rising Treasury yields make risk assets less attractive, driving these redemptions. Despite recent outflows, IBIT remains by far the largest bitcoin ETF with approximately $59 to $60 billion in net assets.
