Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company MARA Holdings sold 726 BTC for $46 million. The transaction reduced its holdings to 35,577 BTC, valued at approximately $2.3 billion, placing it fourth among corporate Bitcoin holders. The company dropped from second to fourth place, behind Strategy (842,138 BTC), Twenty One Capital (43,514 BTC), and Japan’s Metaplanet (43,000 BTC). During the year, MARA sold over 15,000 BTC to repurchase more than $1 billion of convertible debt.
