Asset manager Fidelity said the bitcoin bear market may not yet be over, despite the cryptocurrency rallying to close to $81,639, up nearly 30% over a 30-day period. Chris Kuiper, Vice President of Research at Fidelity Digital Assets, said bitcoin could still drop to make a new low in November. The digital asset hit a record high of $126,080 in October last year. Investors should watch the Crypto Clarity Act, which is set for a vote this month and could provide greater regulatory certainty for the U.S. digital asset ecosystem.
