Banking Circle obtained a CASP license from Luxembourg on April 15 and launched stablecoin settlement services for institutional clients. The offering includes support for Circle’s USDC, Paxos’ USDG and its own euro stablecoin EURI, with instant settlement and regulatory traceability.
