AlphaSense has raised $350 million at a $7.5 billion valuation, nearly doubling its previous $4 billion mark. The funding round was led by Vitruvian Partners, Accenture Ventures, and J.P. Morgan Asset Management, bringing the company’s total investment to over $1 billion. The market intelligence firm aggregates over 500 million premium documents including sell-side research reports and expert call transcripts that general-purpose AI models cannot access. AlphaSense reported annual recurring revenue exceeding $600 million for Q1 2026, up 20% from $500 million in October 2025. The company launched its Deep Research product in June 2025 and Workflow Agents in March 2026 to leverage this competitive edge against general-purpose AI models.
