Adobe is committing over $4 billion to deepen its AI partnership with Saudi Arabia’s HUMAIN, the sovereign AI company backed by the Saudi Public Investment Fund. The deal integrates HUMAIN’s ALLAM Arabic-first language model into Adobe’s Creative Cloud suite, targeting a market of over 400 million Arabic speakers. Adobe is becoming HUMAIN’s first global data center customer, using sovereign cloud infrastructure to process AI workloads while keeping data within Saudi borders. HUMAIN’s overall sovereign AI strategy carries an estimated price tag of around $77 billion as part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative to diversify its economy beyond oil revenue.
