Toronto-based mortgage lender Pineapple Financial has migrated over $1 billion in residential mortgages onto the Injective blockchain, representing nearly the entire global tokenized real estate market estimated at $1.34 billion. The number of mortgage records on-chain reached 2,079, up from 1,259 when the project launched in December 2025, a 65% increase in roughly nine months.
