ANSSI announced REACTIV, a power enabling it to compel ministries to act within an hour in the event of a cyberattack, to accelerate the implementation of the 2026-2027 digital security roadmap. This document sets ten objectives and approximately one hundred deadlines, including the generalization of multi-factor authentication by February 2028 and the deployment of quantum-resistant cryptography by 2030. The previous edition failed to meet its schedule due to budget constraints, and the new text comes with no additional funding. The term « cryptocurrency » does not appear once in the eight-page document, despite an entire chapter devoted to the post-quantum transition.
