Corporate spend management platform Ramp is negotiating a new funding round that would value the company at $60 billion, a 36% jump from the $44 billion valuation achieved in the June 2026 Series F. The New York fintech raised $750 million in that Series F, bringing total equity raised to approximately $3 billion, with institutional investors including ICONIQ Capital, GIC, and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Ramp surpassed $1 billion in annualized revenue as of September 2025, with current run rate estimates around $1.5 billion, while reporting transaction volume growth exceeding 170% year-over-year in early 2026. The company serves over 70,000 customers, claims to have helped users save $12 billion, and describes itself as free cash flow positive. Founder Eric Glyman has confirmed that the company’s strategic goal is an IPO rather than an acquisition.
