Humain hires team to prepare for IPO as Saudi AI ambitions accelerate

Humain, the Saudi Arabian AI company backed by the Public Investment Fund, is building an internal team specifically tasked with preparing the company for a public listing. CEO Tareq Amin is recruiting specialists from major management consultancies to join this dedicated team. Founded in May 2025 under the umbrella of the sovereign wealth fund controlled by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the company is targeting a dual listing on the Saudi exchange and Nasdaq, with a potential timeline around 2028-2029. Humain develops AI infrastructure and Arabic-language models, and has already secured partnerships with Nvidia, Qualcomm, and Google. The company is currently exploring data center financing of $5 billion or more, along with a separate $2.5 billion fundraising effort.
