Vitality evaluates Justinas ‘jL’ Lekavicius’ performance as stand-in

Team Vitality signed Justinas « jL » Lekavicius, the 26-year-old Lithuanian and MVP of the PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024, to replace William « mezii » Merriman on paternity leave. After a rough start with a loss to Inner Circle at the BLAST Open Porto 2026, the team fought through the lower bracket to secure a playoff spot. The Lithuanian will return for a second stint at PGL Masters Bucharest in October, this time replacing apEX, who is also taking paternity leave. Vitality is actively chasing VRS points for PGL Singapore Major qualification, making every map win carry significant weight in their tournament performance.
