Robinhood Chain, the brokerage firm’s blockchain infrastructure, has officially overtaken Polygon in decentralized finance total value locked. According to DefiLlama, Robinhood Chain’s TVL stands between $791 million and $802 million, surpassing Polygon’s $788 million to $790 million range. Launched on July 1, 2026 as an Ethereum Layer 2 built on the Arbitrum Orbit stack, the chain grew from under $5 million to over $790 million in TVL in just nine weeks. This explosive growth is primarily driven by the lending protocol Morpho, which often accounts for over $300 million alone, alongside Uniswap deployments. Stablecoin supply on the chain reaches approximately $868 million to $872 million, actually exceeding its DeFi TVL, suggesting significant capital is parked on the network without being actively deployed in protocols.
