Shiba Inu veteran community member Mazrael announced the deployment of Safe v1.4.1 on the Shibarium network with nine contracts now live and verified on Shibariumscan. This upgrade adds canonical addresses allowing Safes created on Shibarium to share the same addresses as their counterparts on other networks, improving interoperability. Safe is widely used infrastructure for smart accounts and multisignature wallets, providing projects with established tooling for managing assets and executing transactions through multiple signers. Mazrael also pushed back against claims that Shibarium is no longer functioning, stating that the infrastructure continues to be maintained and migrated. Shibarium Scan explorer is currently undergoing a reset with 50% of blocks indexed.
