Listed on the Aquis Stock Exchange in London, the company paid approximately $77,772 for this latest Bitcoin, raising its average cost to about $110,129 per Bitcoin, representing an unrealized loss of 29%. It partially funded the purchase through its second at-the-market (ATM) equity program, raising roughly $65,000 by selling 600,000 shares at 8.06 pence, with the remainder covered by its Capital Deployment Programme. The stock tripled Bitcoin’s monthly performance, and sats per share reached 120.16, above the neutral dilution threshold. Adam Back, chief executive of Blockstream, publicly endorsed this MicroStrategy model, which he also backed by funding a Capital B raise of 7.6 million euros on Wednesday.
