The videos alleged misconduct tied to Claver’s businesses, Digital Ascension Group and Digital Wealth Partners, drawing on Claver’s own admissions in a separate case brought by payment processor Verivend Inc., where he acknowledged fabricating emails, wire transfer confirmations, and a screenshot showing a false balance exceeding $1 million. Judge Kymberly K. Evanson granted Rector’s motion under Washington’s anti-SLAPP law and ordered Claver to pay his attorneys’ fees, giving Claver until September 23 to file an amended complaint.
