Super League Enterprise, Metaplanet’s US subsidiary, has raised $2.3 million through an at-the-market offering. The Japanese company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange under ticker 3350 is acquiring a controlling stake in Super League for approximately $134.6 million, contributing 2,100 BTC valued at roughly $132.1 million plus $2.5 million in cash. Once the transaction closes in Q4 2026, Metaplanet will own approximately 95.7% of Super League’s common stock, which will be renamed Superplanet, Inc. and serve as a US-based Bitcoin treasury platform. Super League shares surged more than 100% following the merger announcement. Metaplanet currently holds 43,000 BTC across its operations.
