CleanCore Solutions sold its entire Dogecoin position, liquidating approximately 463 million DOGE on July 20 for about $33.4 million, or roughly $0.072 per token. The Nebraska-based company is redirecting these funds toward a Minnesota-based AI infrastructure joint venture, to which it has committed up to $500 million. To fund this ambitious transition, CleanCore also completed a roughly $100 million stock offering, resulting in 121.9% dilution for shareholders, with shares outstanding growing from 226.3 million to approximately 502.1 million. This transaction marks the end of CleanCore’s brief experiment as an institutional treasury vehicle for Dogecoin, which began in September 2025 with support from the Dogecoin Foundation.
