Bitcoin spot ETFs recorded 606.3 million dollars in net inflows on August 20, bringing four consecutive sessions of positive flows to approximately 1.61 billion dollars. BlackRock captured 83% of these flows with 503 million dollars for its IBIT fund, pushing its assets under management above 80 billion dollars. Bitcoin crossed the 72,000-dollar threshold before pushing toward 75,500 dollars, accompanied by 221 million dollars in inflows for Ethereum ETFs. Combined crypto ETFs absorbed approximately 827 million dollars in a single session, equivalent to nearly ten days of bitcoin mining production. Market participants remain cautious: the flows reflect genuine demand but are too recent to confirm a durable trend.
