More than a dozen contracts track ungraded prices via the Collectr app, including cards like the Mega Evolution Promo Squirtle, Charizard ex, and Pikachu ex. Most of these markets lean bearish, with volumes remaining modest, ranging from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars. This initiative is part of a strategy to expand the catalog beyond elections and cryptocurrencies, now including collectibles like CryptoPunks and Pudgy Penguins. Regulatory concerns are emerging, however, as Baltimore filed a lawsuit against Polymarket and Kalshi for operating unlicensed sportsbooks.
