A former Ripple engineer, currently a developer marketer at Walrus Protocol and known online as « Bias Goose », is teasing a secret project on the XRP Ledger focused on Ripple’s U.S. dollar stablecoin, RLUSD. The project has no official name, published white paper, or registered legal entities, with a full presentation promised for the first half of September. The project rejects the traditional crypto playbook: no token issuance, no artificial incentives, and no free giveaways. It claims to generate net yields several times higher than U.S. Treasury yields and outperforming any other stablecoin on the market.
