RedotPay, the Hong Kong-based stablecoin payments firm, is postponing its US IPO from 2026 to 2027 at the earliest due to regulatory hurdles across multiple jurisdictions. The company had been targeting a valuation north of 4 billion dollars and a listing that could raise over 1 billion dollars. RedotPay has grown to over 8 million users in more than 100 countries with an annualized payment volume of 12 billion dollars, crossing the unicorn threshold in 2024-2025. It raised 194 million dollars in 2025 alone, backed by JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, and Circle. The delay reflects the complexity of compliance work required for a licensed payments company to list in the US market, along with unspecified legal matters the company must resolve before proceeding.
