Oracle and AWS are expanding their partnership to integrate Oracle’s AI database services directly within Amazon’s data centers. Oracle AI Database@AWS combines Exadata Database Service and Autonomous Database on dedicated Exadata hardware, expanding from 2 US regions in July 2025 to 20 global regions by May 2026. Enterprises can now benefit from private low-latency connectivity between OCI and AWS through Oracle Interconnect and AWS Interconnect, with multicloud support available since July 2026. Oracle’s IaaS revenue surged 84% year-over-year to $4.9 billion, driven by AI demand and multicloud deployments.
