OKX protected $1.1B in customer assets and stopped $26M in scams during H1 2026

OKX protected over $1.1 billion in customer assets across more than 500,000 users during the first half of 2026. The platform stopped $26.3 million in scam-related transfers before they left customer accounts, safeguarding roughly 49,000 clients through AI-powered real-time detection systems. In total, more than 5.7 million high-risk transactions were intercepted and over 7.3 million attempts to visit malicious websites were blocked. This detection capability relies on a library containing 1.1 billion intelligence tags spanning over 420 blockchain networks. During the same period, 182 security incidents were recorded industry-wide, resulting in approximately $956 million in losses.
