Romelu Lukaku, Belgium’s all-time leading goalscorer, has agreed personal terms with Turkish Süper Lig side Fenerbahçe. Napoli and Fenerbahçe are currently negotiating the transfer fee, with Napoli seeking approximately 10 million euros and Fenerbahçe’s initial offers in the 5 to 6 million euro range. Napoli are primarily looking to reduce their wage bill, as Lukaku earns roughly 8 to 11 million euros gross per season. If the deal goes through, Chelsea will pocket approximately 4 million euros due to a sell-on clause from his 2024 transfer to Naples.
