SharpLink and Galaxy Digital have launched a $125 million on-chain yield fund. SharpLink is contributing $100 million in Ether while Galaxy adds $25 million of its own funds. The fund aims to generate returns by integrating digital assets into various blockchain protocols and DeFi applications, rather than simply holding ETH passively. SharpLink’s Ether holdings are valued at $1.66 billion, representing 868,699 ETH, and the company has already accumulated 24,338 ETH in staking rewards. Galaxy will oversee the fund, evaluate DeFi opportunities, and manage risks such as market volatility and smart contract failures.
