Harvey, the legal AI startup founded in 2022, is in talks to raise approximately $500 million in fresh capital at a $15.5 billion valuation, representing a jump of over 40% from its previous $11 billion valuation achieved during a $200 million funding round closed in March 2026. Lightspeed Venture Partners has expressed interest in leading this new funding round, which would bring Harvey’s total capital raised beyond $1.7 billion. The company reports approximately $350 million in annualized revenue, with $300 million classified as annual recurring revenue. More than 1,300 organizations currently use Harvey’s platform, and the company operates over 25,000 custom AI agents for clients, including a significant share of AmLaw 100 firms.
