Ipswich Town have completed the signing of Serbian international Saša Lukić from Fulham for approximately £9 million. The 29-year-old midfielder, who made over 100 Premier League appearances for Fulham, has signed a four-year contract at Portman Road. Lukić becomes Ipswich’s eighth summer signing and the second player acquired directly from Fulham’s roster, following defender Issa Diop. The transfer forms part of manager Gary O’Neil’s squad rebuilding project, having also signed Florentino Luís for £16 million earlier in the same week, bringing combined midfield spending to roughly £25 million as the club prepares for life in the Premier League following their promotion for the 2026-27 season.
