On-chain data reveals that the largest XRP holders, controlling 100 million to 1 billion tokens, raised their supply share to approximately 11.99%, up from a low near 10.66%. August 6 marked a turning point: ETF flows turned positive with $3.45 million in inflows, smaller whales resumed buying, and over 2 million tokens left exchanges, signaling a nascent alignment between whale behavior and institutional flows.
