PowerCompute, a Bitcoin treasury and mining company, faces its first monthly decision on September 2 regarding 307 BTC pledged as collateral for an $18.13 million loan from Arch Lending. The loan, structured as a collar with a 2% initial annual rate, reaches the end of its initial 30-day period and will be subject to repricing. The structure sets a floor at $58,860 and a ceiling at $66,370: below the floor, Arch can keep the pledged BTC; between the two thresholds, PowerCompute can repay and recover its collateral or roll on newly quoted terms. The key innovation lies in the absence of daily margin calls or liquidations, shifting the pressure from daily price moves to a monthly financing choice. The refinancing replaced three existing facilities totaling $18 million, namely $11 million from Galaxy Digital and $7 million from Liebel.
