SpaceX earnings boost SPCQ 21%, NVDL 6% as Musk goes all-in on Nvidia AI chips

SpaceX released its first quarterly report since its June 2026 IPO, posting $7.8 billion in Q2 2026 revenue, a 92% year-over-year increase, while narrowing its net loss to $541 million. Despite these strong results, SPCX shares fell nearly 30% from their IPO price of roughly $135 to $150. The leveraged ETF SPCQ surged approximately 21% while NVDL climbed about 6%, reflecting Elon Musk’s commitment to building SpaceX’s AI services exclusively on Nvidia systems, specifically the Vera Rubin architecture.
