Circle will launch the public mainnet of its Arc blockchain on September 16, with eleven traditional finance institutions as validators, including BlackRock, DTCC, Mastercard, Visa and Standard Chartered. In the second quarter, total revenue and reserve income reached $701 million, up 7% year-over-year, with net income of $48 million compared to a $482 million loss a year earlier. Circle received final approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in July to establish Circle National Trust, one of the first stablecoin issuers to hold a federal bank charter. The ARC token presale also led the company to double its full-year guidance for other revenue, to between $310 million and $330 million.
