Monday.com co-CEOs seek to nearly double their pay after laying off 620 workers

The Israeli work management platform laid off approximately 620 employees on July 22, representing 20% of its global workforce, with 350 based in Tel Aviv. Days later, co-CEOs Roy Mann and Eran Zinman proposed compensation packages worth up to $14.6 million each by 2029, nearly doubling their current pay of approximately $7 million. The restructuring is framed as a strategic pivot toward becoming an AI Work Platform. Shareholders are scheduled to vote on the proposal in early August 2026.
