Strategy also completed a $4 billion cash reserve to cover approximately 27 months of preferred dividend and debt interest payments. The moves extended its Bitcoin acquisition pause to six consecutive weeks, the longest since 2024, as the company redirects capital toward supporting its preferred securities.
