CleanCore Solutions, a cleaning products company holding a treasury of Dogecoin, has committed $500 million to a Minnesota data-center AI project despite having only $4.1 million in cash as of March 31. The contract with Cerebras carries an estimated value of $800 million over an initial 10-year term with two optional renewals, requiring a project budget of $479 million and an initial contribution of $40 million. The company raised only $18.4 million by selling 200 million Dogecoin while retaining approximately 463 million Dogecoin worth about $44.3 million, with no confirmation these proceeds are earmarked for the project. With an accumulated deficit of roughly $169 million and persistent going-concern doubts, CleanCore exposes shareholders to significant dilution to fund this pivot into AI infrastructure.
