The company must sell its 668.48 BTC held as of June 30, with an average acquisition cost of £84,026 per token, generating an unrealized loss of £39,984 per BTC. The indicative timeline targets an effective return on September 11, listing cancellation on September 14, and payments by September 28, subject to High Court confirmation. The sale price, execution date and net proceeds remain undisclosed at this stage.
