Jim Cramer’s Charitable Trust is buying 90 shares of Qnity Electronics at roughly $131 each, bringing its total position to 870 shares and increasing its portfolio weighting to 3% from 2.7%. The fund is upgrading the electronics materials supplier to a buy-equivalent 1 rating after the stock fell from $175 in late June to $131. Samsung, Qnity’s largest customer, reported strong overnight results, while Lam Research and Solstice Advanced Materials also beat expectations last quarter. The fund is also upgrading Corning to a buy-equivalent 1 rating, with the stock down roughly 50% from its all-time high in June despite projecting 19% compound annual sales growth from Q4 2026 to Q4 2030.
