Meme tokens now account for approximately 42% of daily decentralized exchange volume on Solana, after falling below 10% in late 2025. Pump.fun, which includes the PumpSwap platform, contributed roughly $492 million to Solana’s total daily DEX volume of $1.178 billion, according to DefiLlama data. The platform saw renewed interest following the surge of the ANSEM token, which rose approximately 299% in a single week in July. However, the current activity level remains below the January 2026 highs when daily volumes exceeded $2 billion. Over a 30-day period ending late July 2026, Solana DEXs reported approximately $50.3 billion in total volume.
