Bitcoin is trading nearly 49% below its all-time high. Strategy, the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin, released a stress test showing that Bitcoin could decline by 11.4% annually for 5.8 consecutive years while still maintaining its ability to honor interest payment obligations and preferred stock dividends with a 1.0x BTC rating. Bitcoin is currently trading at $64,428 while MSTR sits about 84% below its November 2024 peak. Strategy has launched an overhaul of its financing model to restore the price of its Stretch (STRF) preferred shares and resume Bitcoin purchases. A Bitcoin Security Consortium was also announced with $15 million in member pledges over three years.
