Pi Network is preparing a Mainnet upgrade centered on one shared consensus engine for all global nodes, with distributed clusters integrated in batches after completion. The update targets peer-to-peer networking, improved Byzantine Fault Tolerance, anti-double-spending protections, better block synchronization, higher throughput and peak load capacity.
