Former Bitcoin Miner Bitfarms Posts $145 Million Quarterly Loss During Keel Rebrand and AI Shift

Bitfarms, now rebranded as Keel Infrastructure, recorded a net loss of $145 million in the first quarter of 2026. Revenue fell 23% year-over-year to $37 million, mainly due to the exit from Latin America and the reduction of bitcoin holdings.
