NSW Police said that Cybercrime Squad detectives seized $5.7 million in cryptocurrency after a 15-month investigation into alleged darknet market dealings. The probe, named Strike Force Andalusia, began in September 2024 after detectives examined a bitcoin wallet believed to hold proceeds of illegal activity. The seizure affects two men allegedly linked to the wallet.
