Goldman Sachs has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a new bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF). The Goldman Sachs Bitcoin Premium Income ETF “seeks current income while maintaining prospects for capital appreciation,” according to the statement.
