Over the past seven days, AI scripts spent only 209 XRP versus 602.27 RLUSD while processing 554,007 transactions. In fiat value, this represents $293.16 in XRP and $602.27 in RLUSD. This preference for the stablecoin is explained by XRP’s current price at $1.4027, which is prohibitive for micropayments with an average transaction size of $0.0035. The total number of machine-generated transactions on the XRP Ledger has surpassed 2.3 million this week.
