F/m Investments has launched « WarshGPT, » an artificial intelligence tool that analyzes nearly 1,800 documents and transcripts from Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Warsh. This initiative responds to the Fed’s communication overhaul under his leadership: the June statement contained only around 130 words compared to over 300 previously, with just 5% of his press conference sentences focused on monetary policy topics versus 27% under his predecessor Jerome Powell. UBS has also developed an interactive dashboard to track the Fed’s policy tone, while JPMorgan Asset Management plans to more closely monitor speeches from FOMC members. Market participants anticipate that this reduction in forward guidance could lead to increased volatility, with some traders believing the current environment offers opportunities for higher returns.
