Tether has frozen funds held in all 131 TRON (TRX) wallets recently sanctioned by the U.S. Treasurys Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), reinforcing its efforts to combat illicit cryptocurrency activity and terrorist financing. The move follows OFACs updated designation of ISIS-Khorasan (ISIS-K) on July 1, adding 134 cryptocurrency wallet addresses associated with the terrorist organization.
