Strategy has published a new metric called BTC Floor ARR, setting at -11.34% the annual Bitcoin return threshold below which coverage of its $18.993 billion obligation base could fall below the 1.0x ratio. The company holds 843,775 BTC representing a reserve of $53.807 billion at a price of $63,769 per bitcoin, with net debt of $3.529 billion and annualized interest and preferred dividends of $1.763 billion. This threshold is neither a covenant nor a liquidation trigger, and the company has not specified the nature of any potential restructuring. Michael Saylor presented these new metrics as a « new financial language » for Bitcoin capital markets.
